Benjamin Webster, Corporate Secretary
Benjamin Webster, Corporate Secretary of the Foundation, lives in Sacramento, where he is the office managing shareholder at Littler Mendelson, the nation's largest labor/employment law firm. He represents employers in all aspects of employment litigation, and provides workplace counseling, advice and training. Mr. Webster also is chairman of the board of the Community Services Planning Council, and sits on the Sacramento Corporate Volunteer Council. In 2008 he was on the Transition Team for Sacramento Mayor Kevin Johnson. Mr. Webster graduated from Stanford University and the University of Virginia Law School, where he served on the editorial board of the Law Review. An avid outdoorsman and history buff, he has visited most of America's national parks and monuments. Son of Ida and Don Webster (one of the original members of the Foundation), Ben grew up in Red Bluff and has been exploring Lassen all his life. Now he enjoys hiking in the park with his wife, Joy Wake, and their three teenage boys.
