Susan J. Watson, Co-Chair, Youth and Projects

Susan Watson is the Foundation’s Co-Chair for Youth and Projects.  She serves as the project liaison between the Foundation and staff members of Lassen Volcanic National Park and Lassen National Forest.  Mrs. Watson is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley.  A former president of Save Mount Diablo, she has served on park, land use, and transportation committees of several non-profits and governmental organizations.  A fifth generation Californian, her grandparents went to Drakesbad before her birth, and she has spent many summers at Lassen since early childhood.  Mrs. Watson lives in Orinda.
