Sharon Thrall
Sharon (Sherrie) Thrall is a Supervisor for Plumas County District 3 and also serves as the Chairperson of the Plumas County Commission on Aging, the Chester representative on the Almanor Basin Watershed Advisory Committee and as a member of the Plumas County Planning Commission. Since her retirement from the Corps of Engineers she has been an active community advocate serving on the Board of Directors of Plumas Corporation, Almanor Basin Community Resource Center, Plumas Rural Services and as Chair of the five County Area 3 Area Agencies on Aging Advisory Council as well as the Triple A Council of California. As an elected Director of the Chester Public Utility District, Thrall currently holds the position of Vice President of that Board. She and her husband Lee, the parents of a blended family of six children, 14 grandchildren 5 great grandchildren reside in Chester.
