William Hubbard, Chief Financial Officer

William Hubbard is Chief Financial Officer of the Foundation. He is an attorney and real estate broker, with experience in property development, exchanges and sales, as well as estate, tax, and nonprofit and charitable gift planning. Mr. Hubbard has served as Executive Director of North Valley Community Foundation and has been actively involved with other nonprofit organizations and various community-oriented committees. He and his wife, Jeanne live in Chico.
